There’s plenty of ‘craic agus ceoil’ with our Traditional Irish Music sessions. Your’re encouraged to join in with the band or simply sit back and absorb the culture. The craic is mighty and the Guinness is flowing, as more tourists are lured up for an ‘Irish Gig’ with the Irish Dancers who perform on a regular basis. Instruments used range from the accordion, banjo, fiddle, mandolin, tin whistle, guitar, bodhran, uilleann pipes and even the spoons!
‘The Mickey Finn’s Irish Experience Package’ incorporates the following:
| When: | St. Patrick’s day 17th March 2012 & Every Wednesday & Sunday from mid May until 29th August 2012 |
| 7pm – 8pm : | Enjoy a Traditional Irish Home-made meal in the Restaurant. |
| 8pm – 9pm: | Private Irish Dancing Lessons with a local Irish Dancing Teacher, where aided by some Dancers you’ll be taught some of Ireland’s most popular jigs and reels. |
| 9pm – 11.30: | Retire to the Bar, where you’ll be given the opportunity to pull yourself a glass of Guinness and absorb a real Irish Session with Traditional Musicians. Now if you wish, you can use your newly acquired skills in Irish Dancing and join in with the Dancers on the floor. |
Total Cost: €25 per person
Accommodation & transfers from local Bed & Breakfasts to Mickey Finn’s Pub and back can also be included with the above for a total of €65 per person.
